What We Look For:
Fluent English (C1/C2) + Spanish/Portuguese
2+ years in customer service or back-office roles
Tech-Savvy – Strong MS Office & CRM skills
Detail-Oriented, Reliable, & Organized
Proactive, clear communicators who follow processes, manage time well, and think critically to solve problems
A Quiet Home Office
Internet speed of at least 30 MBPS download & 5 MBPS upload
A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, Client Core 8th Generation/AMD Ryzen 3 or above
What You'll Do:
Input and update customer information in the client's agency management system.
Respond to customer emails, resolving simple queries or elevating complex cases.
Answer incoming phone calls (you'll be given a VoIP account to use from your laptop).
Call carriers to gather information about customers' insurance policies.
Issue binders, policies, and endorsements.
Process and revise draft insurance proposals or quotes.
Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.
Create and maintain files according to policies and procedures guidelines.
Download policy documents and certificates and send them to the required parties.
Call and email customers regarding notices of cancellations and renewals.
Other relevant duties as assigned.
