Job Description
The G&A Financial Accountant plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and visibility of General & Administrative (G&A) financials. This position supports financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities—including month-end close, account reconciliations, and budget management—to provide insights and transparency across all G&A cost centers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform month-end close responsibilities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation of monthly financial reports.
Maintain the accuracy of the general ledger for G&A cost centers and ensure timely visibility of financial performance.
Support budgeting processes and provide variance analysis for internal stakeholders.
Partner with department leaders to deliver monthly cost review presentations and ad hoc reporting to enhance financial decision-making.
Assist in ongoing financial analysis projects and process improvements.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development in alignment with organizational values.
Promote and maintain a safe, secure, and compliant work environment in accordance with company policies.
Skills and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2–3 years of relevant financial analysis or accounting experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems or ERP platforms is a plus
Strong analytical skills and the ability to present financial data clearly and effectively
Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
