Custodian, Druid

Title: Custodian Location: Baltimore City, MD Rate: $16/hr _Rate is commenserate with experience and is an estimate provided by Adecco_ We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows established cleaning procedures, and ensures that all areas are well-maintained for employees and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Perform routine inspections to identify cleaning or maintenance needs Follow safety guidelines and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., changing light bulbs) Support special cleaning projects and deep cleaning as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous custodial or janitorial experience is a plus Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials Work Environment: May include evenings, weekends, or flexible shifts Work is performed in indoor and/or outdoor settings depending on location Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment Pay Details: $16.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
