RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Complete and submit new insurance applications.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance (or willing to obtain)
