Location: - Amery Service Center; 801 Keller Ave S Amery WI 54001 (Preferred) - Western Ave Service Center; 1400 Western Ave Eau Claire WI 54703

Hybrid schedule: in-office Tues Thurs, remote Mon/Fri.

~30% field work.

Project Overview, deliverables (what is this person responsible for).

Design and manage electric distribution projects for new and existing customers.

Responsibilities include customer interaction, project management, field assessments, and system design using Client Smallworld (customized GIS).

Tasks include transformer sizing, underground cable routing, and pole placement.

What does a typical day look like?

Check SAP for new customer contacts.

Field visits or computer-based design work.

Weekly scheduling meetings (Mon/Tues) and team touchpoints (Thurs).

Highly varied day-to-day tasks.

What are the top 3-5 skills and qualifications (technology/application/software, etc.) required?

Strong communication (verbal and written).

Organizational and project management skills.

Basic electrical knowledge or background.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

GIS/AutoCAD experience is a plus but not required.

Are there any preferred or "nice to have" skills?

GIS or AutoCAD experience.

Electrical or utility background.
