Civil Engineering Managers

Job Responsibilities Set goals, monitor, and implement short and long-term vision for team as part of the annual business plan Manage scope, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, client communications, staffing, and budget for the entire project lifecycle, from project pursuit through project deliveryLead and mentor colleagues on transportation related projects Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships Communicate effectively internally and externally Assist in determining staffing needs, recruiting and retaining staff Adhere to internal Quality Control processes to ensure accuracy and complianceJob Requirements A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university 10+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projects A Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Wisconsin or ability to obtain PE Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA valid driver's license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferences To be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located To occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related workLife at JT: The Benefits and Perks
