Role :ServiceNow MID Server Engineer

Duration: 6 months

MID Server Management.

Install, configure, and maintain MID Servers on both Windows and Linux operating systems.

Monitor MID Server performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal uptime and performance.

Manage MID Server configurations, including user accounts, permissions, and security settings.

Perform MID Server upgrades and patches, ensuring compatibility and stability.

Participate in the planning and implementation of new MID Server deployments.

Operating System Administration:

Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers hosting MID Servers.

Ensure proper system security and access controls.

Manage user accounts and permissions on the host systems.

Monitor system resources and performance.

Virtualization Management.

Manage MID Servers running on virtual machines (VMs).

Ensure proper VM resource allocation and performance.

Troubleshoot VM-related issues affecting MID Server performance.

ServiceNow Platform Support: Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators and other IT teams to resolve issues related to MID Servers.
