Sr SAP PLM Architect, New Jersey

Required Skills:

Good Understanding and experience in the Project Development lifecycle process (NPD-New product development) stage gate process from concept to the preparation of prototype/trials sample, both of Lab Scale, R&I Pilot-plant Scale.

Good Understanding and experience in Product Labeling and Label generation and integration with Third party Labeling tools and ensuring solution address the labeling requirement

Good Understanding and experience in the Handover to Manufacturing process from Recipe to BOM, and the synchronization process and ensuring the solution address the H2M process.

Good Knowledge of the SAP Recipe Development, Web Dynpro Application and the various Technical addons (BADI, BAPI required for enhancing the solution)

Key Responsibilities:

As an SAP PLM Architect, key responsibility to be the Customers liaison with the third-Party PLM Vendor for the SAP PLM Recipe development solution being offered.

Understand Client R&I (Research & Innovation) Product development business Process and Architect/Validate solution design document.

Understanding the Integration Touch points of SAP PLM Recipe Development with other SAP modules (PP, MM, QM, EHS) and the Impact due to change management.

Having a thorough Understanding & experience in the Specification management, Formulation, Process route for workflow approvals, Searching of Specification, and the Change request process for managing & Tracking changes to Recipe, BOM.

Having a thorough Understanding experience of the Product Compliances followed in food industry and ensure product compliance with FDA and USDA requirements including US Food Labeling and certifications and ensuring the compliance are met with the proposed PLM solution.

Preparation of Business Use case, UAT Script & involvement in UAT for validating proposed solution.

Manage Business User roles and coordinating for End User Training.

Provide inputs for Master data and validate Data Migration process.

Provide Support in the Organization change management process for the SAP PLM Solution delivery
