My client, a builder of infill apartment projects in urban San Diego is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Reporting to the Project Controller, the ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in all administrative tasks supporting the development team.
Ideal candidate will have experience )+3yrs) in the construction industry (commercial/apartments), exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have the ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.
Responsibilities
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in commercial or apartment development/construction
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Procore (a must have skill)
