What You'll Do• Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging community tours in both English and Spanish • Guide prospects through the leasing process from first contact to move-in • Follow up consistently to convert leads into signed leases • Process applications, lease agreements, and move-in paperwork accurately• Maintain organized guest cards, traffic reports, and leasing records • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and community policies • Build positive relationships with prospects, residents, and onsite teams • Support daily office operations and occupancy goals

What We're Looking For• Previous apartment leasing experience is required • Bilingual English/Spanish required • Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills • Experience with conventional, luxury, affordable, student housing, or lease-up communities • Affordable housing and LIHTC experience is a plus• Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, or similar property management software • Professional, dependable, and adaptable • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at various locations • Weekend availability
