Production Supervisor

Unitex is experiencing unprecedented growth! Due to this growth, we are in search of a highly skilled Production Supervisor for our facility in Linden, NJ.

Schedule:

This position works Tuesday - Saturday from 5:30 AM through close.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is $65,000 per year. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, seniority, location, and other permissible job-related factors.

Responsibilities include: Overseeing daily production requirements in a fast-paced environment Managing, training, coaching and disciplining a team of up to 25 people Updating reports based on the daily productivity of their department Training new employees on plant equipment and safety policiesApproving weekly department payroll Required Skills:

Bilingual English/Spanish required 2+ years of supervisory experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing people Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook Solid work ethic, motivated, flexible, and a good problem solver MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ON SCHEDULED DAYS - punctuality is a must.
