Support Supervisor
Overall responsibility is to provide support to all agency staff and act as supervisor to secretarial department. Includes network administration, computer training/support to staff, supervising/evaluation of secretarial staff, prioritize work for secretarial department, all other duties. Requirements
Previous supervisory experience 5 years experience in office management HS Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's preferred Reliable car for work purposes Complete all background and safety checks Willingness to attend mandatory paid orientation and ongoing training. Training schedules are flexible and are offered during the day and evening hours.Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Maintain and order office furniture Supervise administrative support staff Maintain office equipment (including copiers and postal machines) Supply inventory for office, day, and residential programs Create work orders for maintenance needed for the administrative office Monitor key boxes and prepare tracking report monthlyMaintain agency phone system Accurately record monetary contributions and generate acknowledgment letters Record all checks/cash and submit to the accounting department Prepare and distribute mail throughout office Oversee agency reception desk Shift: 8AM - 4PM/ 9AM - 5PM/ 10AM-6PM (Shifts Vary)Benefits We're proud to offer a comprehensive and supportive benefits package, including: Medical Insurance
