Call Centre Operator, El Paso

• Required Qualifications:

3+ years of relevant experience (pharmacy benefit/medical/pharmacy or healthcare)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Quality check experience (sample of finished product to a standard)
- Personal computer skills
- MS Excel skills (intermediate to expert)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Dependable, flexible, reliable team player
- Knowledge of print file functionality and data requirements
- Multitasking and time management

Education:
- Completed HS Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent work experience may substitute.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
