Job Title: End Point Engineer - US
Job Location: Remote (must be in CST or EST time zones only!)
Job Duration: 9 Months on W2
1st shift- 8am-5pm
Job Summary:
The Endpoint Engineer is responsible for design, deployment, and administration of endpoint management and security solutions for our organization s fleet of laptops, desktops and virtual desktop infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems, with primary focus on Windows. The role collaborates with IT and security teams to enhance device performance, troubleshoot issues, and automate routine tasks. This role is vital in maintaining the safety and functionality of an organization s digital infrastructure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
" Design, implement, and administer endpoint management and security solutions in alignment to established policies and procedures.
" Conduct regular system hardening and security assessments to identify and remediate vulnerabilities and maintain endpoint compliance.
" Uses knowledge of endpoint management and precedent to troubleshoot wide range of issues and devise solutions.
" Stay abreast of the latest security threats and technologies to enhance our security posture.
" Communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
" Advise less experienced team members on technical matters.
" Participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
" Participate in training creation and conduct training programs designed to educate an
organization s computer users.
" Coordinate with teams internal and external, client-focused, working in conjunction with
Professional Services and outsourcing functions.

Minimum Work Experience (years) " 5-8 years of experience
Top 3 skills needed for this role: Microsoft Intune, Beyond Trust Endpoint Privileged Management, Active Directory/Entra ID
Key Skills and Competencies:
" Complete knowledge of and demonstrated experience in managing endpoint security in a complex environment.
" Proficient in Microsoft Intune; some familiarity with other endpoint management tools such as Jamf, Landscape, Tanium, Absolute is a plus.
" Broad knowledge and understanding of endpoint systems including but not limited to device enrollment and provisioning, configuration, device compliance, patch management, application packaging, virtual desktop infrastructure, and group policy management.
" Analytical and problem-solving skills; troubleshooting of complex issues.
" Strong communication and collaboration abilities (technical & non-technical audiences).
" Works independently on projects with little oversight.
" Performs effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment.
