About the Role
The Company is in search of a Business Development Senior Associate or Vice President to lead its U.S. based business development efforts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing relationships with independent sponsors and lower middle-market private equity funds, as well as developing a strong pipeline of investment opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
This role requires the ability to conduct high-level assessments of private equity deals, serve as the primary U.S. contact for potential partners, and collaborate with Asia-based deal teams for in-depth analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years' experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field, with a proven track record in sourcing private equity deals.
Applicants for this role at the company should possess a general understanding of private equity transactions, deal structures, and fund dynamics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders are essential.
