About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of UI/UX to lead the design and user experience strategy, ensuring that the product is intuitive, trustworthy, and optimized for conversion across all platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end user experience, from research and product discovery to interface design and design systems.
This role requires a strong focus on trader trust, product clarity, and measurable business outcomes, and the Head of UI/UX will be the key liaison between product, engineering, growth, and leadership to build a design culture that values usability, speed, and high-impact execution.
Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in UI/UX or product design, with a proven track record in senior or lead roles, particularly in SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or data-heavy digital platforms.
The role demands a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX ownership and measurable business impact, as well as a practical understanding of integrating AI into UX research, product design, and decision-making.
The Head of UI/UX will be expected to establish scalable UI/UX systems, strengthen product decision-making through user insight and data, and build and lead a high-performing UI/UX function.
A data-driven mindset, advanced proficiency in design tools, and experience in leading and mentoring design teams are essential qualifications for this position.
