The Packer is responsible for preparing food products for shipment by packing, labeling, and inspecting finished goods in a fast‐paced food manufacturing environment. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to food safety standards, and the ability to perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities Pack finished food products accurately according to production and quality standards. Inspect products for quality, labeling accuracy, and packaging integrity. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in compliance with food safety and GMP standards. Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.Assist with line operations as needed to meet daily production goals. Communicate product or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.

Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, or pull

up to 50 lbs

bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching

. Ability to work in a fast‐paced, production‐driven environment.

Work Environment Food manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, cold or warm temperatures, and repetitive motions. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required (hair nets, gloves, aprons, etc.).

Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in food manufacturing or packaging preferred, but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Additional Requirements Must be able to work assigned shifts, including overtime if required. Must comply with all food safety, quality, and attendance policies.
