Press Room Supervisor

Pay is BOE. Assist in overseeing all press room operations on day-to-day basis that will report to General Manager. Communicate, interact with and manage press room operators. Train press room operators to be self-sufficient. Troubleshoot tool and press problems (Tool and Die, CNC machining, Punch Presses). Keep records of press jobs ran. 2-4 years manufacturing. 2-4 years supervisory or management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Complex problem solving. Judgement and decision making. Time management. Must have strong interpersonal skills.
