The Ashtabula HNU Operations role supports safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing by operating and maintaining production processes within established standards. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational reliability through equipment monitoring, data collection, and adherence to procedures. Operators contribute to continuous improvement by proactively identifying issues, supporting process changes, and promoting a strong safety culture. The role requires hands-on execution, attention to detail, and collaboration within production teams.Compensation for this position will be determined based on a combination of factors, including education, professional certifications, relevant experience, and other job-related considerations permitted by law. $18.08 - $22.60 Vibrantz is committed to maintaining pay transparency in accordance with applicable laws and best practices.Key Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned production equipment in accordance with approved procedures and safety requirements Adjust operating conditions within defined limits to meet performance, quality, and throughput standards Collect, document, and verify process data, samples, and observations as required by operating instructionsIdentify, report, and escalate equipment, process, safety, or environmental issues in a timely manner Perform general production and area support tasks, including equipment cleaning, material handling, and team participation Required Qualifications

03 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial operations environment Ability to safely perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 5075 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods Ability to follow written procedures, batch sheets, and safety requirements with consistency and accuracyPreferred Qualifications

Experience operating process or chemical manufacturing equipment Forklift or pallet jack operating experience or certification Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment cleaning, teardown, or troubleshooting Experience working 12-hour shifts or rotating schedules in a production environment
