Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional manner
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, billing, and product information
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
- Process returns, exchanges, and service requests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Active listening and empathy
- Multitasking and time management
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills
