Job Responsibilities:

05+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition and 01+ years of progressive recruiting techniques including direct sourcing of passive candidates, gathering competitive/market intelligence, job boards, leading-edge internet and social media recruiting techniques, and networking/referral generation.
Strong candidate assessment skills, direct recruiting, relationship building, and experience in behavioral interviewing techniques.
The quality of your hires in multichannel marketing.
A high level of commitment to delivering exceptional service to your hiring managers and candidates.
Your subject matter expertise with applicant tracking systems software.

Skills:

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, finance, business administration, or related field; or a combination of education and professional experience or equivalent experience.
