Job Responsibilities:
  • Support daily program operations and administrative activities
  • Maintain program documentation, records, and filing systems
  • Perform data entry and update databases and spreadsheets
  • Assist with budget tracking and reporting activities
  • Process customer requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate with external vendors for service delivery
  • Organize program events and prepare training materials
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth program execution
