Job Responsibilities:
- Support daily program operations and administrative activities
- Maintain program documentation, records, and filing systems
- Perform data entry and update databases and spreadsheets
- Assist with budget tracking and reporting activities
- Process customer requests and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with external vendors for service delivery
- Organize program events and prepare training materials
