Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Track funding, spend, forecasts, variances, and remaining budgets across assigned initiatives
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics for leadership reporting
- Support portfolio governance processes, approvals, and executive review forums
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting materials for leadership consumption
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, validate data, and ensure accuracy
- Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting, governance, and execution efficiency

- Ability to operate in fast-paced, matrixed environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in project/program management or enterprise portfolio management
