directing residents and visitors while delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, monitoring and responding to emergency call panels and situations, addressing resident and visitor questions and needs, performing routine office and administrative support work for staff and residents, and providing an overall welcoming environment for both sur and norte lobbies (incumbent may be assigned to more than one location) of the facility. This position requires a working knowledge of the activities performed at each reception desk./ppEssential job duties:/pulliAnswer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner/liliWelcome residents and visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions they may have/liliMaintain lobby, reception area, and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times/liliMonitors annunciator panels for emergencies and fire alarms, responds quickly and appropriately in accordance with facility policies and procedures/liliCommunicate clearly and professionally through 2-way radio to other departments/liliMonitor lobby security/liliOperate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer/liliKeep detailed and accurate records of visitors through Accushield/liliReceive deliveries; log, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages/liliReceive, log, and distribute resident prescriptions/liliTake inventory of reception supplies and restock as needed/liliMaintains resident census reports/liliCoordinate information distribution between the reception desk and departments as appropriate./liliMaintain the general reception filing system/liliProvide general administrative support to staff and residents as needed/liliProvide lunch and dinner reservations for the dining rooms/liliAccepts tray order requests on Saturday and Sunday/li/ulpAll employees must be able to pass background checks (fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, employment references) as required by a licensed residential care facility./ppJob identification 36162/p/div
