AI Training Scenario Designer, Remote

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI by designing intricate training scenarios that challenge AI agents in realistic digital environments. As an AI Training Scenario Designer, you will create complex personas and scenarios that simulate real-world tasks, helping to refine AI performance in navigating various challenges. Key Responsibilities Build richly detailed personas and simulated digital environments, including platforms like Gmail, Slack, Calendar, WhatsApp, and Google Drive. Write tasks that test an AI agent''s reasoning, filtering, and prioritization abilities. Evaluate the AI''s performance against your scenarios and provide structured hints to guide it toward success. Document your work clearly using tools such as Airtable and Crucible. Qualifications Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. Creative thinking with a passion for constructing layered, realistic scenarios. Comfortable using structured tools like JSON editors, Airtable, and AI platforms. A keen eye for spotting inconsistencies and critically evaluating information quality. Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow. Must Have: An undergraduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. Nice to Have: Strong writing skills, such as experience as a copywriter, UX writer, journalist, content strategist, or editor. Experience in multi-stakeholder coordination roles like project management, account management, or client success. Background in world-building or creative design, including roles like game designer, curriculum designer, or simulation designer. Technical comfort with data and tools, including familiarity with JSON, Jira, or Asana; exposure to SQL or Python is a plus. Work Terms This is a remote, hourly position. Compensation Hourly rate ranges from $30 to $80, commensurate with experience. Eligibility Applicants must have the right to work in their location without sponsorship.
