As a Linear User/Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in the Linear platform to shape the future of AI-powered workflows. This remote, expert-level role is crucial for training and optimizing AI systems, utilizing your hands-on experience and deep understanding of Linear. Key Responsibilities: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Linear at the user level to support AI training initiatives. Test and evaluate Linear workflows and features, providing structured feedback to enhance AI learning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and identify workflow improvements. Document and communicate process details clearly, both in writing and verbally, to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analyze user behaviors and usage patterns within Linear to support data-driven decisions. Help develop and refine guidelines for best practices in Linear usage tailored to AI training needs. Stay up-to-date with the latest updates to Linear and proactively share relevant information with the team. Required Skills and Qualifications: At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a user of Linear (not administrator or developer). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong organizational and documentation abilities. Comfort with remote collaboration and digital communication tools. Analytical thinker with a user-centric approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Familiarity with AI training or willingness to learn about AI-driven processes. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience contributing to AI or software training projects.
