Product Manager for AI Training, Remote

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI systems by leveraging your domain expertise to provide high-quality input that enhances model performance. This part-time, remote position allows you to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive product development and strategy without requiring prior experience in AI. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams. Gather and prioritize customer requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product features from ideation through launch and iteration. Facilitate agile product development processes using tools such as Jira and Linear. Lead cross-functional meetings and communicate vision, progress, and priorities with clarity. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and differentiation. Monitor product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and user satisfaction. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years'' experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in product management tools, especially Jira and Linear. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. Expertise in collaborating with remote and distributed teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch. Experience working closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in SaaS, tech, or startup environments. Demonstrated success in scaling products for global teams and markets. Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies. Work Terms: Part-time, remote contractor position. Compensation: $40 - $80 per hour.
