What you’ll be doing:

- Providing targeted functional guidance during early stages (approx. 1–2 hours as needed).
- Transitioning into full support mode from early December, resolving issues and supporting the testing cycle.
- Supporting configuration across courses, curricula, programs, learning assignments, reporting, security, and related Learning processes.
- Collaborating with HCM, PMO, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth progress toward project deadlines.
- Documenting decisions, fixes, and recommended improvements.
What we’re looking for:
- Workday Pro Learning Services Certification (required).
- Workday Implementer Certification (required).
- Strong experience supporting Workday Learning implementations or post-deploy enhancements.
- Ability to review configuration, identify gaps, and recommend adjustments efficiently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-alignment skills, with the ability to work independently.
