Machinist Trainee Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )

• Must be open to training at the Harrisburg location for approximately 1 month before transitioning to the Eugene facility
• Perform daily machining activities while learning advanced processes and techniques
• Operate and support CNC machines, lathes, grinders, or similar equipment to produce parts to exact specifications
• Ensure requests are completed on time and returned in proper condition and within tolerance requirements
• Maintain machine shop operational standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols
• Deliver supplies and machined parts to appropriate departments
• Communicate effectively with leads and supervisors to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
• Other duties as assigned

Machinist Trainee Qualifications:

• Prior machining experience required (CNC machines, lathes, grinders, or similar equipment)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining processes and precision work
• Ability to read measurements and work within tight tolerances
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to make quick, sound decisions in a production environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Team-oriented with solid communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused
