Assisting with leasing procedures, tenant communications, and documentation management.•

Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence to maintain efficiency.•

Maintaining organized and up-to-date property and tenant records.•

Assisting with scheduling, maintenance requests, and vendor coordination to ensure timely service delivery.•

Entering and updating data accurately within property management software systems such as AppFolio or TenantTech.•

Supporting marketing efforts and updating property listings as needed.•

Organizing administrative files and documentation for easy access and compliance.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:•

1-3 years of experience in property management, leasing, administrative support, or customer service.•

Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills.•

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.•

Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.•

Professional, dependable, and proactive work ethic.•

Experience with property management software such as AppFolio or TenantTech is preferred but not required.•

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
