As a General Laborer, you will be an integral part of the team, supporting skilled trades, ensuring safety standards are met, and helping projects stay on schedule.
What You'll Do: As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for:
Assisting carpenters and other tradespeople on-site to ensure smooth workflow
Loading and unloading materials to support daily construction needs
Preparing sites through cleanup and organization to maintain safety and efficiency
Demolishing structures and removing debris safely
Using basic hand and power tools to assist with various tasks
Supporting framing, siding, and other general construction activities as directed
Adhering to all safety guidelines and project procedures
You will work closely with supervisors and team members to deliver quality results safely and efficiently.
What You'll Bring: The ideal candidate will have:
At least 6 months of experience in construction or general labor (preferred)
The physical capability to lift 50+ lbs and perform demanding tasks throughout the day
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 3 years
Ability to travel within a 40-mile radius of Eugene
A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions
