Inspector I - Quality Assurance

Fabrication Operator (PVC Pipe Bender) $18.75/hr. + $1.00/hr. Shift Differential 2nd Shift (4:00pm - 2:30am) We are currently looking for a Fab Operator to be based out of Eugene location Reporting to the Shift Lead. The Fabricator Operator will run various machines and saws in the area. The primary role is to use the machines to bend pipe by loading pipe into the machine and/or connecting pipe to the bender part of the machine. It is the operator's job to keep an eye on specs and quality of the product.What you'll do: Perform quality control tests as required Execute and maintain all necessary paperwork and documentation Train all employees, including new hires in the area of quality Ensure that all shifts perform quality test and procedures Review shift quality control inspection sheets for accuracyEnsure all weights for production are recorded accurately What you'll bring: Minimum educational requirement is high school diploma, or equivalent 1-2 Years' Experience in QA, ability to lead Troubleshooting Sessions with Production, Perform Customer Return Analysis and generate reports to support Quality Leads.Experience and knowledge of Lean Daily Management principles preferred All associates must embrace and foster an environment that supports our core values of Integrity, Respect, Excellence, Teamwork and Accountability. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time.
