This role will focus on route creation, real-time dispatching, customer coordination, and operational support in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Hours for the Dispatcher
Full-Time, In Office
$22/hour
Monday – Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm

Requirements of the Dispatcher
Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, or operations coordination
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication skills with both internal teams and customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to stay organized and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Professional and dependable approach to daily operations
Experience with routing or fleet coordination preferred
Familiarity with DOT regulations, logs, or Hours of Service preferred
Experience tracking operational metrics such as fuel, mileage, or service time is a plus

Responsibilities of the Dispatcher
Build and manage daily service routes based on customer requests and operational needs
Dispatch field personnel and provide real-time coordination throughout the day
Monitor active routes and make adjustments to maintain service efficiency
Communicate service confirmations and updates to customers
Track and monitor key operational data including miles driven, fuel usage, and time on site
Ensure routes align with productivity, efficiency, and profitability goals
Address service issues and escalate concerns to the appropriate internal teams
Work closely with sales and operations to meet customer expectations
Support forecasting and daily planning based on anticipated service demand
Maintain accurate records related to dispatch activity and service performance
