Our client, Toyota Boshoku Indiana LLC is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Production Team supporting the Logistics Department. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a team, adapt and overcome obstacles, and accountability which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Production Operator Location: 1698 South 100 West, Princeton, Indiana 47670, United States Pay Range: $17.25 - $22.50 What's the Job? Works in a manufacturing environment emphasizing teamwork, safety, training and discipline. Use key performance indicators as a method of continuous improvement.Works in a team environment on safety, quality, productivity and cost improvement projects. Following standardized work procedures and work sequence for each process. Be proactive and reactive to resolve abnormalities in the process. What's Needed?
