Grinding Machine Operator, Evansville

Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Days: Monday-Thursday Position: Grinding Machine Operator OT: Fridays&Saturdays as needed

REQUIRED - READ FIRST

* 1-2 years of previous machine operation experience REQUIRED (Robotic grinding machine experience preferred) * Manufacturing or foundry experience required * High school diploma or equivalent preferred

What You'll Do

* Operate grinding equipment to remove excess metal and defects * Load, unload, and monitor grinding machines * Inspect parts for quality and defects * Move parts using cranes, hoists, or forklifts * Follow all safety and PPE requirements

Physical Requirements

* Stand for entire shift (8-10 hours) * Lift up to 50 lbs regularly * Work around heavy equipment and noise
