Warehouse Associate

Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a contracting service in the Evansville IN area, is seeking Warehouse Associates to join their team!

Warehouse Associate Job Summary:

Pay:

$16-18 an hour Organize and arrange scaffold materials and insulation products in the warehouse. Ensure inventory is accurately labeled and stored according to company standards. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and shipments. Prepare orders for delivery and verify the accuracy of materials.Safely operate a forklift to move heavy materials. Perform routine checks on inventory levels and report discrepancies. Assist with the delivery of materials to job sites as required. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the warehouse. Responsible for quality control. No damaged materials are sent out. No damaged material is accepted in.Complete daily logs. Move waste from warehouse to dumpsters. Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to minimize accidents and damages. Site deliveries as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment• Indoors and outdoors work around the warehouse, which may include exposure to weather conditions (rain, heat, cold). • Potential exposure to loud noises, extreme temperatures, etc. • Protective Equipment: Hard hat, leather gloves, steel toe boots, and goggles provided by the company are the basic PPE.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED is required Previous warehouse

experience is preferred Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to lift up-to 50 lbs.
