Location: Seattle Pay Rate: $***** per hour Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
Job Prioritization: Determine job priorities and begin preparations for processing efficiently.
Racking Procedures: Select appropriate racking methods based on the size, shape, and quantity of items being processed.
Processing Support: Wire or clip items securely to racks or hoists, ensuring smooth processing.
Post-Processing Handling: Remove processed parts from racks and complete necessary paperwork in accordance with company and processing guidelines.
Safety Compliance: Always wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Work Area Maintenance: Keep your workspace clean by disposing of unnecessary trash or materials and ensuring proper disposal of hazardous waste.
Masking Process: Apply masking materials, such as tapes, plugs, and liquid masks, to aerospace components following detailed specifications and blueprints.
Quality Inspection: Inspect components before and after the masking process to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of masking processes, detailing materials used and time taken for each task.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow technicians, engineers, and quality control specialists to facilitate a seamless workflow.
Equipment Care: Maintain and clean masking tools and equipment to ensure they remain in good working condition.
Additional Duties: Perform other related responsibilities as needed to support team objectives.
