Responsibilities Lead day-to-day field operations from start to finish Manage site safety, quality, and production Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries Maintain schedule integrity and proper sequencing Partner closely with Project Managers and Preconstruction teams Represent CPM professionally on every jobsiteRun the jobsite with authority and confidence

Qualifications 510+ years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent Proven track record managing ground-up, TI, or commercial interior projects OSHA 30-hour certification (First Aid/CPR a plus) Strong understanding of construction methods, safety, and quality standards Proficient in Procore, scheduling software, and Microsoft OfficeHigh School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred Field leader who earns respectnot just executes tasks
