Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate and skilled
Speech-Language Pathologist
to join our team on a part-time basis. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver speech and language therapy services, work with families and caregivers, document progress, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings. Position is part-time right now, but has the potential to grow into full-time quickly.Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments (receptive, expressive, pragmatic, articulation, fluency, voice, feeding)
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy (individual, group, teletherapy)
Monitor and document client progress; prepare reports
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Consult with families, caregivers, schools
Qualifications: Master’s or doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology, or equivalent
Valid license or eligibility to be licensed in Washington State
ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent certification preferred
Experience working with pediatric populations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with evidence-based practices and standards
Schedule&Hours: Approximately
10–25 hours/week , flexible scheduling depending on caseload and client needs. We highly value therapist's work/life balance and work in a Sprint Based Model that allows for frequent breaks for therapists and clients to recharge and practice their skills. $
65/hr
(or negotiable based on experience, credentialing, schedule and caseload). Benefits: CE/Professional development support
