NICU Registered Nurse Location Pacific Campus, WA Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night Shift: 3x12 Hour (18:30 - 07:00) Job Description The NICU Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care for neonates with varying conditions, specifically at a Level II Trauma Center with a dedicated Level II NICU. Responsibilities include monitoring premature infants, conducting ROP exams, and managing various types of ventilators. Responsibilities Provide care for neonates 22 weeks and greater gestation. Conduct ROP examinations and monitor for risk of nutritional alteration. Manage conventional ventilators, oscillators, and high-flow nasal cannulas. Supervise and support the placement and management of feeding tubes. Ensure adherence to isolation precautions and management of arterial and central lines. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of Level III NICU experience. BCLS and NRP certifications required.
