I'm partnering with a growing extrusion company in Everett, and they're looking to bring on a Production Lead to support and guide their team on the floor. Lead Production Operator Responsibilities:

Oversee production activities and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency goals are met Enforce safety policies, procedures, and PPE compliance on the floor Train, guide, and support production associates and machine operators Coordinate workflow, staffing, and daily shift priorities Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or material flow issuesPerform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards Assist with machine setup, operation, and light maintenance as needed Track production output, downtime, and performance metrics Maintain accurate shift documentation and production records Communicate production updates, issues, and shift handoffs to leadership and incoming teamsSupport continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and reduce waste Schedule:

Rotating Schedule: Sunday - Saturday 7:00 AM

7:00 PM or 7:00 PM

7:00 AM

(3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on then 3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off) Pay:

$37.00

$30.00 per hour Requirements:

2+ years of recent leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment 35 years of extrusion or plastic injection molding experience preferred (or similar manufacturing experience) Open to candidates with strong leadership experience from other industries who are eager to learn extrusionComfortable using hand tools, measuring gauges, and basic computer systems Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Ability to troubleshoot basic production or process issues Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, safety-focused, and able to lead by example in a fast-paced environmentBenefits Offered by the Company:
