What You'll Earn

What You'll Do

Support salon leadership with daily operations Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent, legendary client experience Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members Collaborate with the Salon Manager to achieve revenue and sales goalsProvide high-quality men's haircuts and grooming services Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture Why Sport Clips Everett

Valid WA State Cosmetology or Barber license Management experience preferred - salon, spa, retail, or store management Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Experience as a hair stylist or barber - men's cutting preferred Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred but not requiredComfortable in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
