Five Days Onsite, Everett, WA Summary We're looking for a

Senior Systems Engineer

to lead the design, support, security, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure across both corporate and manufacturing environments. This role is highly hands-on and will serve as the primary escalation point for complex systems and security issues while supporting modern cloud, endpoint, and security technologies.Responsibilities

Manage and support enterprise infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365 Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive Support endpoint management platforms including SCCM and Intune Design and support Azure cloud infrastructure and automation efforts using PowerShellManage VMware environments, backups, and disaster recovery solutions Support XDR/SIEM security monitoring tools including Defender, CrowdStrike, Sentinel, and Splunk Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, systems, and security incidents Maintain documentation, standards, and compliance requirements (CMMC/NIST)Technical Skills&Qualifications

7+ years of Systems Engineering experience Strong experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server Experience with SCCM, Intune, VMware, and backup solutions PowerShell scripting and automation experience Experience with XDR/SIEM tools and security monitoring Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience in enterprise or regulated environments preferred
