We are Full Circle Natural Medicine, an established naturopathic clinic with five (5) doctors and three (3) admin staff seeking an experienced Clinic/Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support continued growth.
This hands-on leadership role works closely with the clinic owner to manage operations across administration, billing, compliance, inventory, HR, and marketing.
Our ideal candidate is organized, proactive, systems-oriented, and confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Compensation:
$70,000 - $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Manage clinic operations, scheduling, and staff support
Oversee billing, payroll, compliance, and vendor coordination
Maintain operational systems including Charm EHR and ClickUp
Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development
Coordinate inventory, marketing initiatives, and clinic events
Review operational data and recommend improvements
Qualifications:
3+ years of operations or clinic management experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with healthcare workflows and compliance preferred
Comfortable with technology, reporting systems, and project management tools
Able to lead with accountability and professionalism
