Machine Operator

Our client, a transport packaging and supply chain services provider, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Production and Warehouse Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Fairfield

Pay Range: $18 an hour What's the Job?

Operate sorting machines in a fast-paced production environment while meeting daily output goals (10,000+ sheets per shift) Complete production logs, safety checklists, and quality documentation accurately and on time Inspect materials, track scrap, and record quantities on required forms Perform routine machine maintenance and report any mechanical or safety issuesMaintain a clean and organized workspace while following GMP, SQF, and safety standards What's Needed?

At least 2 years of warehouse or production experience in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 55 lbs consistently throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and quality standards Effective communication skills with team members and leadership Ability to multitask and maintain productivity in a high-volume settingWork Monday-Friday 6:00am
