Mountain Motorsports is looking for an energetic, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Bristol, VA. As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our powersports enthusiasts and ensuring smooth communication across all departments.

Position Details

• Location: Bristol, VA

• Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday (Full-Time)

• Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Compensation: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Customer Hospitality: Provide a warm, professional, and enthusiastic welcome to every customer walking through our doors.

• Communication Management: Efficiently operate a multi-line phone system; answer incoming calls promptly and with a "smile in your voice."

• Call Routing: Direct and transfer calls quickly and accurately to the correct department (Sales, Parts, Service, or Finance).

• Lead & Message Distribution: Take detailed messages and ensure customer leads or inquiries are delivered to the appropriate team members in a timely manner.

• Administrative Support: Assist the Office Manager with basic clerical tasks (filing, copying, data entry) and maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
