Customer Service Rep Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ ***** / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Reaching out to customers that are past due on loan payments
Inputting data into customer profile
Handling customer interactions
Customer Service Rep Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service
Able to handle irate customers when issues arise.
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
