JOB FUNCTION:

Recruit child care programs to join Parent Aware and support all Parent Aware participants on the path to quality through coaching and technical assistance. Implement the Parent Aware coaching model with fidelity and document all work and required data.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum One of the following:

Associates degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Family Science or related field Current CDA Credential

AND ability to attain a minimum of an Associates degree or equivalent credits in Early Childhood Education/Child Development within three years

Practical experience working directly with young children in an early childhood setting, including implementation of curriculum, assessment, observations and behavioral supports Valid Driver's License and current vehicle insurance Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Family Science, or related field Lived experience or a history working with individuals with low incomes AMERICANS WITH DISABILITY SPECIFICATIONS:

Physical ability to move quickly to respond to children who are very active and may need restraint or redirection to ensure their safety or the safety of others in the environment

Daily kneeling, stooping, bending, and sitting on the floor to attend to children's needs.
