As a Business Growth Field Trainer, you'll be responsible for growing awareness and adoption of CaptionCall services throughout your assigned territory. This field-based role combines relationship-driven sales, community outreach, account management, and hands-on installation support.You'll build partnerships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and referral organizations while helping eligible individuals gain access to life-changing communication technology. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys developing relationships, managing a territory, working independently, and earning performance-based incentives while making a meaningful impact in their community.Territory Sales&Account Management: Develop and grow your assigned territory through relationship-based outreach and lead generation Build and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare professionals, hearing care providers, senior living communities, VA organizations, and other community partners Manage and expand existing provider and referral accountsGenerate new customer opportunities through presentations, events, networking, and in-person visits Increase awareness and adoption of CaptionCall services throughout your territory Travel throughout your local territory (~55-mile radius) for provider visits, customer appointments, and outreach activities (5075% travel)Maintain accurate customer and account information in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) Manage inventory, marketing materials, and installation equipment Customer Installation&Support: Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customer homes Train customers on confidently using the service Deliver a positive, customer-focused experience during every interaction Serve as a trusted local resource for customers and partners Note: This role requires the use of your personal vehicle. Mileage reimbursement is provided for all business-related travel.Why This Role is Different: CaptionCall services are part of a federally funded accessibility program administered through the FCC, helping individuals with hearing loss communicate more effectively over the phone at no cost to qualified users. Because of this, the role focuses less on high-pressure sales tactics and more on:Building trusted community relationships Educating providers and customers about available services Developing referral partnerships Supporting customers through personalized service and installation This position offers the opportunity to combine sales, relationship management, and hands-on field support in a role that directly improves people's lives.Pay&Compensation: Base salary: $48,000$55,000 per year (depending on experience) Performance-based incentive opportunities provide strong earning potential, with top performers capable of achieving six-figure total compensation.
