This role includes a combination of front desk and hotel support duties, including: Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs Assisting with reservations and guest requests Supporting daily front desk operations and guest services Maintaining accurate system entries and communication logsCompleting laundry duties as needed Cleaning and maintaining hotel common areas Ensuring overall cleanliness and presentation standards are met throughout the shift Working closely with team members to ensure smooth hotel operations What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who: Shows up on time and ready to work Can stay organized and productive in a busy environment Communicates clearly and works well with a team Takes pride in cleanliness and attention to detail Can multitask between guest service and housekeeping duties Is willing to learn (hotel experience is a plus, but not required)We will train the right candidate. Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential. At My Place Hotel Jamestown, you'll be part of a small, dedicated team responsible for keeping the hotel running smoothly for guests 24/7.
